Taygroup staff get into the spirit with Charity Fundraising

Over £1,000 has been raised by staff at Taygroup and their customers in aid of three charities; Macmillan Cancer Support, Help for Heroes and Keech Hospice care. Staff have taken part in various activities to raise the money including climbing to the top of Snowdon, the highest Mountain in Wales in Force 8 winds!! The staff nominate their chosen charities, these are then sent out for the staff vote and those charities with the highest number of votes are chosen as the Company’s preferred charities for that period.

There are further events planned for the rest of 2009 and another larger scale climb to the top of Snowdon for summer 2010 where hopefully it won’t be quite so windy!
