History
Taygroup provides a wide range of project management services in logistics and the supply chain industry. We have an experienced and knowledgeable Management team who have first-hand familiarity with project implementations specialising in Warehouse Management System implementations, Warehouse design and build, Best Practice Warehousing, Health & Safety Consultation and IT Systems design. With over 100 years of Logistics experience within our Project Management team alone there's not a lot we haven't seen or come across before; Infact we internally designed and managed our new 140,000 sq ft, 25,000 pallet space warehouse and head-office complex just a couple of years ago.
Project Management
Detailed and real-time project plans in the form of Gantt charts are used to identify critical dates, key points in the project, coordinate tasks, plan resources and monitor progress throughout the course of the implementation.
The project management may require liaison and agreement between a large number of contractors, or possibly interested departmental groups within a business, which means that management and interpersonal skills can be of critical importance as well as supplying your customers a smooth and incident free transition.
