Our new 140,000 sq ft, Food Grade, MHRA approved warehouse, built directly adjacent to the A1 in Biggleswade is the flagship of our warehouses.

Designed internally and purpose-built in 2006, the depot is strategically located just 35 miles from the centre of London and 1 1/2 hours from Felixstowe. Offering over 25,000 racked pallet locations the current layout allows for many different pallet types to be stored without the need for any alteration however should it be a requirement then our racking configuration can be adjusted to suit your needs. We have 14 Dock Levellers available for loading and unloading at any one time plus 2 automatic, high-speed roller shutter doors and a 3,000 sq ft covered canopy for unloading vehicles that cannot access the docks. With a Category A, 'super-flat', laser cut floor we take extra care of your stock and to eliminate damage when placing stock into racks as high as 15 metres up we use VNA, man-up fork trucks with anti-collision technology to allow us extreme control alongside speed and safety of operation.

As a Food Grade Warehouse we are used to working to extremely high standards, we are regularly audited, internally and externally to make sure our values and principles are at the highest level possible. We have an onsite HACCP Management team who meet frequently and have recently gained the extremely high standard of British Retail Consortium (BRC) accreditation. We are also approved by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) which allows us to work with the Medical industry giving our customers the utmost in confidence in our operation. With shift patterns spanning 24 Hours, 7 days a week we can cope with the busiest of schedules and take pride in loading and unloading over 98% of vehicles at their agreed booking times or earlier. Our pick accuracy is currently running at 99.92% and stock accuracy is 99.98%, which at over 35,000 pallet movement transactions each week is well above average in our sector. We have 24 hour, onsite security and 20 CCTV cameras situated inside and outside the warehouse. These cameras are monitored in real-time and can also be accessed by specific Managers via the Internet should the need arise.

With main entry and exit points controlled by 'swipe card' technology we can monitor all personnel movements, the system also allows us to limit certain areas to specific members of staff allowing a completely secure solution.
